You are an administrator
The management screen allows you to View the system by environments and sub-environments or by devices with all the associated functions.
The Administrator will then create the Users who may interact with the system; the management screen which the User views is as follows:

The screen is similar to the Administrator’s, the only difference being that it will not contain the "Roles management" menu since this falls solely under the Administrator’s
responsibility.
