2) BLOWING SPEED
There are 2 speeds of air blowing (low - high ), which you may switch-over in the
functions AUTO, cooling or ventilation by pressing the button B4/C2. The respective setting
is signalized by lighting a corresponding icon.
3) TIMER
It is possible to set postponed switching-off of the appliance up to 24 hours by means of
the timer button B7/C4. Activate automatic switching-off by pressing this button. Deactivate
it by repeated pressing (2x). You may set time by pressing the buttons B5/C5 and B6/C6
(+,-); the adjusted temperature is displayed on the display.
When in the stand by mode, press B7/C4 and +,- buttons, it sets automatic turn on of the
device.
4) NIGHT MODE
Activate the night mode by short pressing the button B8/C7 in the Cooling mode.
The upper ventilator will work automatically with the low speed of air blowing.
The set temperature will be increased after one hour by 1°C and after two hours - by 2°C.
The appliance will be switched-off after 6 hours.
5) CHILD LOCK
Lock the use of all buttons by long pressing the button B2. Unlock it by other long pressing
the button B2. The lock indicating lamp B10 indicate active function.
Remark
– You may also use the remote controller (Fig.2) for the control of the appliance. Insert
the attached battery with a correct polarity to perform initial installation (or pull out the
insulating tape if it is fixed in the remote controller).
– If you are not going to use the appliance for a longer period of time, take out the battery.
– Keep battery out of reach of children and incapacitated people. A person, who would
swallow the battery, must seek medical help immediately.
– If the battery are leaking, take them out immediately, otherwise they may damage
the appliance. Proceed according to Fig. 2 to replace battery (3V CR2025).
You may concentrate outgoing air by manual setting to different directions by means
of inner plates A2 and the outer cover A1.
Drainage of condensed water
Condensed water originates inside the appliance and is collected in the inner container
for condensate. This water is partially recycled again and used for the functions of the
appliance; that‘s why under certain circumstances (depending on relative humidity in the
room and so on) you don’t need to drain condensate. But in general it is necessary to drain
condensate from time to time from the container. The error message „E4“ will warn of it.
Prior to draining condensate, switch-off the appliance and disconnect the supply cord from
mains. To drain condensate, it is necessary to take off the cap A9. If circumstances and
placement of the appliance allow you to do it, you may connect an extern draining hose to
the appliance, which will automatically drain condensate into a proper container/pipeline.
