Remark
– If you use the extern draining hose, it mustn’t be bent and mustn’t be in the elevating
position - otherwise there is danger of drained water into the room.
– Temperature in the place of the draining hose mustn’t fall under the freezing point during
operation. Drained water could freeze in the hose and cause overflowing water in the
appliance and its escaping into the room.
– The bottom output A8 is primary for the drainage of condensate. Use primarily this
output for the drainage of condensate. The output A7 is auxiliary. If you use an extern
draining hose, secure second output with the plug A9!
Protective fuses
The appliance contains a safety system, which protects it against overloading.
They may react in the following cases:
Cooling – Inner temperature is higher than 43 °C.
– Inner temperature is lower than 15 °C.
Dehumidification – Inner temperature is lower than 15 °C.
If the fuse is reacted and the appliance is switched-off, restart it and wait approximately
5 minutes. After that switch-on it again.
V. MAINTENANCE
Wipe the individual parts of the appliance’s outer casing, including the control panel with
a damp cloth or sponge. Prevent water spilling inside the appliance or control panel.
Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents.
Filter
Clean filter on the grate A6 approximately after 100 hours of operation (or even earlier
depending on the actual state). The filter may be cleaned in warm water with addition of
non-aggressive detergent; or use a vacuum cleaner. There is a freely-fixed sensor in the
space behind the cover. Be careful and don’t damage it during manipulation. You may only
wipe it by a wet cloth where appropriate.
Accessories
Wipe the hose with the adapters in case of pollution with a wet cloth with an addition of
neutral detergent. Upon completion maintenance or after usual use, wait until the hose
is properly dried and without collected humidity.
Storage
Take off the hose D1 before storing. Empty properly the condensate container (at the same
time switch-on the appliance and keep it on for several hours with the ventilator function
to dry its inner parts) and clean up filter. Store the appliance in a dry, well-ventilated and
safe place out of reach of children and non-authorized persons to avoid possibility of its
mechanical damage. You may reel the supply cord around the holder A11.
VI. ENVIRONMENT
If the dimensions allow, there are marks of materials used for production of packing,
components and accessories as well as their recycling on all parts. The symbols specified on
the product or in the accompanying documentation mean that the used electrical or electronic
products must not be disposed of together with municipal waste.
