GENERAL
These installation instructions cover the 48FE size 20-30 units
with gas heat and electric cooling. Units are pre-wired and pre-
charged with Puron Advance™ (R-454B) refrigerant at the
factory.
See Fig. 1 for model number nomenclature. See Fig. 2-16 for
unit dimensions and service clearances.
Rated Indoor Airflow (cfm)
Table 1 lists the rated indoor airflow used for the AHRI efficiency
rating for the units covered in this document.

or compressor abnormalities can dislodge pins allowing oil
and refrigerant to vent under pressure.

commercially available soap solution made specifically for the
detection of leaks to check all connections. A fire or explosion
