ACH580 Maintenance Schedule
Valid for drives manufactured or maintained in 2017 onwards.
Recommended maintenance intervals and component replace-
ments are based on specified operational and environmental con-
ditions. Annual drive inspections are recommended to ensure the
highest reliability and optimum performance. See Tables
9-11 for
maintenance schedule information.
NOTE: Long term operation near the maximum specified ratings
or environmental conditions may require shorter maintenance in-
tervals for certain components.
FF61 ID run
Motor ID run was not
completed successfully.
Check safety circuit connections. For more information, see
chapter The Safe torque off function in the Hardware manual of
the drive and description of parameter 31.22 STO indication
run/stop (page 520).
Check the value of parameter 95.04 Control board supply.
Check the nominal motor values in parameter group 99 Motor
data. Check that no external control system is connected to the
drive.
Cycle the power to the drive (and its control unit, if powered
separately). Check that no operation limits prevent the
completion of the ID run. Restore parameters to default settings
and try again.
Check that the motor shaft is not locked. Check the auxiliary
code. See actions for each code.
