1.2. Operation and maintenance instructions for the combined cooler and sieve:
1. Start without load: The combined cooler and sieve must be started without
any material inside. Once the machine has been running for a short time,
material can then be fed into it.
2. Gradual feeding: When feeding material, start slowly and gradually increase
to the rated capacity. Ensure the material is fed evenly to prevent clogging
and potential damage to the machine.
3. Discharge before stopping: Before stopping the machine, ensure that all
material inside is completely discharged. The machine must be unloaded
before being turned off.
4. Avoid large materials: Do not allow large materials to mix with small
5. materials when feeding. Large materials can cause blockages and damage the
machine.
6. Inspect before starting: Before each operation, inspect all parts, especially
fasteners, to ensure they are secure. Loose parts should be tightened before
running the machine.
7. Monitor the connecting shaft: Regularly check the screw between the
combined cooler and sieve and the connecting shaft. If it becomes loose,
stop the machine immediately and fasten it securely.
8. Safety precautions: Do not remove the cover during operation to avoid injury
to operators.
9. Address abnormalities: If any issues occur during operation, stop and resolve
the problem before continuing. Never run the machine in abnormal
conditions.
10. Lubrication: Lubricate the combined cooler and sieve regularly. The reducer
must be lubricated according to the manufacturer’s manual. The front and
rear bearing boxes should be lubricated with approximately 5g of lithium
grease every 15 days.
2. Bag dust filter
2.1. Primary use of the bag dust filter
The bag dust filter is primarily used to collect fine sawdust in wood-product
manufacturing. By installing the filter near or on top of dust sources, it draws dust into
the dust collector using a fan, reducing dust concentration in the air to 2mg/m³. The
dust filtering efficiency ranges from 95% to 99%.
