1. Combined cooler and sieve
The combined cooler and sieve is based on a rotary drum design, which consists of
a drum sieve and a frame. The drum sieve is angled at a slight incline relative to
the ground. The exterior of the sieve is enclosed in steel to reduce noise pollution.
The sieve rotates at a controlled speed, separating and cooling pellets as they
move from the top to the bottom of the drum. Fine powder is discharged from the
front, while the good pellets exit from the back. The rotating process is smooth,
with minimal vibration or impulsive motion, ensuring stability. The machine is easy
to install and can be placed directly on the ground, on a floorboard, or under
storage areas. It also offers simple dust collection and maintenance features.
