ATTENTION: TO INSURE SAFE AND EASY USE OF YOUR WESCO PALLET
LEVELER READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS ENTIRELY BEFORE USING.
3. OPERATION
3.1 LOADING/UNLOADING MANUALLY
To Load:
Place empty pallet on unit, load the pallet evenly until the pallet is full. The pallet leveler will automatically adjust the
working height as load is applied.
To Unload:
Remove the load from the Pallet Leveler and the pallet will gradually rise.
Note: Make sure to evenly load and unload the unit. Overloading one side can cause tipping result in
damage to the unit and operator.

3.2 LOADING/UNLOADING WITH FORK LIFT
To Load:
Place load on to the pallet with a fork truck, lower the load until the Pallet Leveler is fully supporting the weight
Continue to load until the unit fully compressed.
Note: Make sure the load is centered on the unit before removing the fork truck.
Note: Lower the load carefully and slowly onto the Pallet Leveler.
DO NOT DROP THE LOAD ONTO THE LEVELER.
Failure to slowly apply the load can damage the Pallet Leveler and could make the load unstable.
To Unload:
Remove the load with the fork truck and lift until the air bag is fully extended and the pallet is completely clear of the
Pallet Leveler.
Note: Make sure the pallet clears the top of the turntable before moving the fork truck.
3.3 TRANSPORTING LEVELER
1) DO NOT MOVE THE PALLET LEVELER WITH THE LOAD IN PLACE
2) Set forks of the fork lift into the fork pockets on the frame of the unit.
3) Transport and then lower unit on to smooth, level surface.
