ATTENTION: READ INSTRUCTIONS ENTIRELY BEFORE USING.TO
INSURE SAFE OPERATION OF THE WESCO PALLET LEVELER
2. INSTALLATION
2.1 UNPACKING THE UNIT
1) Read through all of these instructions carefully. Make sure all warnings are understood.
2) Check the shipping pallet for damage which may affect the unit. If any damage is found, notify the shipper
immediately and make a note of it on the shipping papers.
3) Place the unit on a smooth, surface free of dirt and debris.
4) Remove the metal banding that secures the unit to the pallet. Note: It is recommended to wear proper safety
attire when handling the metal banding that attaches the unit to the skid. The metal bands have sharp
edges and are under high tension. Remove all remaining packing material from the unit. Shift the unit off the
skid, to the floor while supporting the base.
5) Make sure the base frame of the unit is set firmly on the floor and stable. Check to see that the base frame is
level. If any part of the base frame is more than 1/2" out of
level in relation to any other part, reposition to a
flatter, more level surface area.

WITH AN UNLOADED PALLET LEVELER
The pallet leveler can handle a wide range of load capacities depending on the air pressure.
The following recommendations are a general guide for initial operation.
Working pressure should be adjusted depending on load and operator preferences.

Note: Filtered ad Dry air supply is recommended but not required.
1) Set unloaded pallet leveler to a maximum of 80 PSI.
2) Place load on positioner.
3) Adjust air pressure to achieve desired working height
4) Readjust air pressure as needed to change working height.
