1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.2 GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
1) DO NOT EXCEED THE RATED CAPACITY. The rated capacity is the total weight of both the pallet
and the load. (Load Capacity: 300 lbs - 4500lbs depending on initial PSI)
2) Only trained, authorized personnel shall be permitted to operate the positioner.
3) Periodically inspect for damage and remove any damaged or malfunctioning unit from service
immediately until repairs have been made.
4) Do not use this unit with damaged or broken pallets.
5) Never operate the unit if the load is off center.
6) Never sit or ride on the turntable.
7) Maintain a safe distance from the turntable when it is rotating.
8) When placing load on unit, make sure the unit is supporting the weight, not the fork lift, before
removing the fork lift.
9) When removing a load with a fork lift, make sure that the load is clear of the Pallet Leveler before
moving the fork lift. If the load is not clear of the Pallet Leveler, it may suddenly release when the fork
lift is moved.
10) NEVER MOVE THE PALLET LEVELER WHEN LOADED.
11) Do not inflate unloaded pallet leveler to more than 80 PSI at the fully raised position. Damage to the
air system may result.
12) Modifications or alterations to any Wesco equipment shall be made only with written permission from
Wesco Industrial Products Inc.
13) Never operate the unit if the load is off center. The load may shift, and you may be injured. This can
also damage the unit.
14) Filtering and drying the source air is recommended, but not required.
