Troubleshooting
ISSUE 1 - Membrane not sticking to the suboor
PROBLEM SOLUTION
The suboor is likely damp, dusty,
coarse or contaminated with
another substance preventing
proper adhesion.
Ensure the suboor is prepared in
accordance with this manual.
ISSUE 2 - Cracked tiles or leveller
PROBLEM SOLUTION
Timber Suboor - There is excessive
movement in the suboor causing
the oor to ex leading
to cracked tiles
The issue with the suboor has
to be resolved otherwise the tiles
will continue to crack
Leveller used is not suitable for
application or not mixed as per its
instructions
The levelling compound used
needs to be able to be 22 mm
thick and suitable for plastic
underlayments
