Step 3 - Suboor preparation
• Install Warmup Insulated
Underlay referring to its
instructions. The insulated
underlay can be adhered to the
suboor on the short edge with
double-sided tape.
• The suboor must be pre-
insulated.
• Ensure the suboor is prepared
to an SR1 Surface Regularity. The
suboor must be smooth, dry,
frost-free, solid, suitably weight-
bearing and dimensionally stable.
• If required, mark out the oor with a permanent marker showing where
xtures and other unheated areas are going to be.

Insulation MUST be used below the Warmup Foil Heater and MUST
be minimum 6 mm thick and ≤ 500kPa compressive strength.
