Step 4 - Layout Planning
In order to t your mat into a specic area, it may be necessary to cut and
turn or rotate the mat. Please refer to the examples below for guidance.
Take care not to cut or damage the heating cable.
Ensure that all exposed heating cable is covered with the
aluminium foil strips provided. They MUST bridge the gap between
the cut sections of mat to ensure earth continuity�
Please take a moment to double-check that your plan has the
proper room dimensions and that you have the correct size
mat. Do not install under xed objects such as kitchen or
bathroom units�
When laying two or more systems, ensure all coldtails reach the
thermostat�
