Despite using the tool according to its intended application it is
impossible to eliminate certain residual risk factors. Considering the tool
construction the following risks may occur when operating the tool:
- Touching the abrasive wheel in its unguarded area.
- Throwing back grinding wheel parts by centrifugal force.
- Throwing back machined object or its fragment.
- Hearing loss if no necessary hearing protection is used.
- Cracking/breaking the grinding wheel.
- Harmful dust emission when dry grinding indoors.

CONSTRUCTION:
The bench grinding machine is driven by a single-phase electric motor
and is a Class I device – wall outlets and extension cables must be
equipped with an earthing conductor/terminal.
Each application of the tool not in line with the intended use as specified
below is strictly forbidden and makes the warranty terms null and void.
The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for possible
consequential damage that may arise due to or in connection with such
application.
Any modifications of the tool by the user relieve the manufacturer from
responsibility for any damage and injuries to the user and the
surroundings.
Application of the tool in accordance with the intended use also refers to
its maintenance, storage, transportation and repairs.
Defective electric tools can be handed over for repairs exclusively to
service workshops appointed by the tool manufacturer. The tools
supplied from electric grid shall be repaired exclusively by authorized
electricians.
SPECIFICATIONS:
S2 30 min – interrupted operation, rated operation time 30 min.
NOTE! After 30 minutes of constant load operation stop using the machine
and allow it to cool down completely.
PREPARING FOR OPERATION:
After unpacking the product check whether all components are present
and install all parts supplied separately by following the assembly
instructions.
NOTE: Before you start any installation or maintenance/adjustment

always make sure that the machine is disconnected from the mains.

n Positioning the machine

To ensure operation safety, fix the grinding machine to a flat and stable

working surface (e.g. a workbench).

Place the grinder on a stable horizontal surface (table, bench) in an area
ź
providing free access and safe operation. Using the base mounting holes
ź
(7) install the machine on the bench securely with four fixing bolts. Bolts
length depends on the bench top thickness.

p.2.
