3. Updating and selecting the operating standard

This chapter illustrates the options to perform the direct update on the Bluetooth devices that are not conﬁgured in the system and those to edit the operating standard (from

Bluetooth to Zigbee and vice-versa).

• Proceed with device recognition:

- activate Bluetooth on your smartphone;

- approach the device and press the front push button (for the roller shutter device, press both buttons) until the LED ﬂashes.

Update ﬁrmware

Approach the device and hold down the

button on the front (both for the roller shutter)

until the LED ﬂashes blue.

Caution: if you update the ﬁrmware of a

device that has already been registered on

a system with a different communication

technology, the device will not be reachable.

 

If a more recent ﬁrmware version than the current one is present, the update can be performed by selecting "Update firmware".
