4. Management by the Administrator - Video door entry outdoor station
This chapter illustrates the exclusive options with which the Administrator can manage access control, in other words configure the cards and associate them with the entrance
panel.
4.1 Access
• On the main screen of the system, select (Access) to view the screen to perform the associations between card and entrance panel and the synchronisation between
the Cloud and the devices.
Access
You can manage the access authorisations
to the entrances present in your system
Add access
Create a new access associating one or more
cards to an entrance
No card present
Synchronise configuration
• Select ; the App prompts you to select the entrance on which to configure the new access. The entrances are organised by relevant environment and therefore in
alphabetical order.
