PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
Machine does not
mix ingredients
well and does not
bake well.
Selected program menu is not
suitable.
Select a suitable program menu.
After turning on the machine,
the cover has been opened
more than once and the bread
is dry with a colorless crust.
Do not open the cover during final
rising.
Kneader cannot rotate and
mix as it should because the
stirring resistance is too high.
Check the hole of the kneader,
then take out the bread pan and
run the machine unloaded. If
the problem persists, contact an
authorized service provider.
“H:HH” is shown
on the display
after pressing
Start/Stop.
Inner temperature of the
bread maker is too high to
make bread.
Press Start/Stop and unplug the
machine. Take out the bread pan
and keep the cover open until the
machine cools down.
I can hear the
motor but the
dough is not
mixed.
The bread pan is installed
incorrectly or the dough is
too big.
Check if you installed the bread
pan correctly, prepared the dough
according to the recipe and
weighed the ingredients correctly.
Bread is so big
that it pushes the
cover.
You used too much yeast,
flour or water, or the ambient
temperature is too high.
Check the above factors, find the
reason and reduce the relevant
amount.
Bread is too small
or does not rise
at all.
It may not have been used
at all, or an insufficient
amount of yeast may have
been used. Also, if the water
temperature is too high, if
the yeast contacted salt or if
the room temperature is too
low, the yeast may not be
activated completely.
Check the amount and
performance of the yeast, and
increase the ambient temperature
if necessary.
Dough is so big
that it overflows
the bread pan.
You used too much liquid and
caused the dough to be soft,
or used too much yeast.
Reduce the amount of liquids to
adjust the hardness level of the
dough.
Bread sinks in
the middle when
baking.
The flour used is not strong
enough to rise the dough.
Use bread flour or strong powder.
Yeast is too fast or yeast
temperature is too high.
Use yeast at room temperature.
Using too much water causes
the dough to be too wet or
too soft.
Adjust the amount of water in
the recipe according to the water
absorbing capacity.
