• Do not immerse the body or cover of
the appliance in water.
• Bread Bowl: Rub the inside and
outside with a damp cloth. Do not use
sharp or abrasive materials to avoid
scratching the non-stick coating.
Dry off the pan completely before
reinstalling it.
• Kneading Pedal: If it is hard to remove
the kneading blade from the axle, fill
the container with lukewarm water and
wait for 30 minutes. This way, you can
easily remove and clean the kneader.
Carefully clean the blade with a damp
cotton cloth.
• Cover and Sight Glass: Use a slightly
damp cloth to clean the inside and
outside the cover.
• Main Body: Gently wipe the outer
surface of the body with a wet
cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning
materials, otherwise the surface polish
will get damaged. Do not immerse the
body in water to clean it.
• Before storing the bread maker,
make sure that it is completely cold,
clean and dry. Put the spoon and the
kneading blade in the drawer and
close the cover.

PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
Smoke comes out
of the vent while
baking.
Some materials may have
adhered to the heated parts
or close to them, oil may have
remained on the surface of
the heated parts during the
first use.
Unplug the bread maker from the
socket and clean the heated parts,
but be careful not to burn your
hands. Run a dry cycle during first
use and open the cover.
Bottom crust of the
bread is too thick.
Bread lost water because
it was kept warm and left
waiting in the bread pan for
too long.
Once the bread is baked, take
it out of the machine in a short
time without using the keep-warm
function.
It is too hard to
take the bread out
of the machine.
Kneader tightly sticks to the
shaft on the bread pan.
After taking out the bread, put
some hot water into the bread pan
and soak the kneader in this water
for 10 minutes. Then, take it out
of the water and clean it.
