• After measuring cooking oil or other
ingredients, clean the measuring cup
well without letting it contact any other
ingredient.
2. Measuring Dry Powder
• Dry powder must be used under
natural conditions. Flatten the top of
the measuring cup with a knife to make
sure that you are measuring correctly.
3. Order of Ingredients
• Make sure you watch the order of
ingredients. Usually, liquid ingredients
are added first, and then eggs,
salt, milk powder, etc. When adding
ingredients, make sure the flour
does not get completely wet with the
liquids. You can add yeast only to dry
flour. Yeast must never contact salt.
After kneading the dough for a while,
you will hear a beep. This means
that you need to add the fruits to the
mixture. If you add the fruits into the
mixture too early, the flavor will be
less after a long time of mixing. If
you are using the delay function for a
long duration, do not use perishable
ingredients such as eggs or fruit.
Specific Information
1. Quick Breads
• Quick breads are made using baking
powder and baking soda, which
are activated with humidity and
heat. To make perfect quick bread,
it is recommended to put all liquid
ingredients at the lower section of the
bread pan and all dry ingredients at
the upper section. When mixing the
quick bread dough for the first time,
dry ingredients may pile up at the
sides of the pan. So, you may need
to help the machine mix the dough to
prevent the piling. If you experience
this, use a plastic spatula.
2. About the ultra fast program
• The bread maker can bake bread in
an hour using the ultra fast program.
These 2 settings can bake bread in 58
seconds, and the bread made using
these settings will have a heavier
texture. The Ultra fast I program
bakes 1000 g of bread while the
Ultra fast 2 program bakes 700 g
of bread. The water to be used must
be at 48 to 50°C. You need to use
a kitchen thermometer to check the
temperature. Water temperature is
critical for baking performance. If
the water temperature is too low,
the bread will not rise as much as it
should be. If the water temperature
is too high, it will kill the yeast before
rising, and this significantly affects the
baking performance.
