PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
Bread is too heavy
and has a very
dense texture.
You used too much flour or too
little water
Reduce flour or use more water.
You used too much fruit or
whole wheat flour.
Reduce the amount of the relevant
ingredients and use more yeast.
After cutting the
bread, the middle
is hollow.
You used too much water or
yeast, or no salt at all.
Reduce the amount of water or
yeast as necessary and check the
amount of salt.
Water temperature is too
high.
Check water temperature.
Surface of the
bread sticks to dry
powder.
You used sticky ingredients in
the dough such as butter or
banana.
Do not add too sticky ingredients
into the bread dough.
The dough could not be mixed
properly because water used
was not enough.
Check the water and the
mechanical structure of the bread
maker.
When baking
bread or cake with
too much sugar,
the crust comes
out too thick and
the color too dark.
Different recipes and
ingredients significantly
affect the bread making
performance. If you use too
much sugar, the color gets
darker.
If the color is too dark for a
recipe that uses too much sugar,
press the Start/Stop button 5
to 10 minutes before the end of
the baking duration to stop the
program prematurely. Before
taking out the bread/cake, you
need to let it rest on the bread pan
with the cover closed for about
20 minutes.
