First Time of Using
• After plugging in the bread maker,
you will hear a beep and shortly after,
you will see “3:00” on the display. The
colon between “3” and “00” will not
flash continuously. The arrow points
to 1000 g and the Medium level. This
is the default setting.
Start/Stop
• This is used to start and stop the
selected cooking program.
• To start a program, press “Start/
Stop” once. You will hear a short
beep, the colon on the display will
start flashing and then the program
will start. Once a program has started,
all buttons except “Start/Stop” will be
disabled.
• To stop the program, press and hold
“Start/Stop” for about 3 seconds
until you hear a beep indicating
that the program has been stopped.
This function prevents unwanted
interruption of the program.
Menu
• It is used to set different programs.
Every time you press this button, you
will hear a short beep and the program
will change. If you continuously press
this button, 12 menus will be shown on
the LCD alternately. Select the desired
program. Functions of the 12 menus
are described below.
1. Standard: This mode includes the
functions of kneading, embossing and
baking normal bread. It can be used
for white, wheat and rye bread.
2. French Bread: This mode includes
kneading, embossing and baking
functions. The embossing process
takes longer than the "Normal" mode.
Bread baked in this mode will be more
crispy and lighter.
3. Whole Wheat Bread: This mode
includes kneading, embossing and
whole wheat bread baking functions.
The use of the snooze function in this
mode is not recommended.
4. Quick: This mode includes kneading,
embossing and loaf baking functions.
The cooking function is shorter
than the "Normal" mode. But the
dimensions of the bread baked in this
mode are smaller.
5. Sweet Bread: This mode includes the
functions of kneading, embossing and
baking sweet bread. You can also add
ingredients to the dough.
6. Ultra Fast - 1 En kısa sürede 700 gr

made using this setting will usually
be smaller and more rustic than the
bread made using the Quick setting.
7. Ultra Fast - 2 It includes the functions

time.
8. Dough: This mode includes only
kneading and embossing functions.
It does not include cooking function.
You can make foods such as bread
balls and pizza from the prepared
dough.
9. Gluten Free Bread: This mode
includes the functions of kneading,
embossing and baking gluten-free
bread. You can also add ingredients
to the dough.
10. Yogurt: Low temperature only.
