You can adjust the yogurt making
time between 6 and 12 hours with
30-minute increments and default
time is 10 hours.
11. Sandwich Bread: It includes the
functions of kneading, fermenting
and baking in sandwich mode. It
bakes bread with a thin crust and
light texture.
12. Cooking: It is only the cooking
mode. Does not include kneading and
embossing functions. It is also used to
increase the cooking times of other
selected modes.
• Use this program to cook for 10 to 70
minutes. It can be selected on its own
and used for the following:
a) After the yeast dough program is
completed,
b) To reheat or crisp the surface of bread
that has already been baked and
cooled,
c) Used to complete cooking in the event
of a prolonged power failure during a
cooking cycle.

Functions
1. COLOR
Using this key you can select the desired
nut color for the shell color in LIGHT,
MEDIUM or DARK.
2. DOUGH QUANTITY
Press this button to select the size of the
bread. Please keep in mind that the total
running time will vary depending on the
size of the bread.
3. TIME (TIME + or TIME -)
If you do not want the appliance to start
running right away, you can use this
button to set a delay time.
Press “Time+ ” or “Time- ” to set the time
after which your bread will be prepared.
Cooking time of the program should also
be included in delay time. In other words,
the hot bread should be ready to serve
at the end of the delay time. Select the
program and browning level first, then
press “Time+” or “Time-” to increase
or decrease delay time by 10-minute
increments. Maximum delay time is 13
hours.
• For example: Let us assume that it is
20:30 now and you want your bread
to be ready to serve at 7:00 tomorrow
morning, i.e. after 10 hours and 30
minutes. After selecting the menu,
color and dough quantity, press
Time+ or Time- until 10:30 is shown
on the LCD. Then, press Start/Stop
to activate this delay program. The
dot will flash and a countdown will
be shown on the LCD, showing the
remaining time. Your fresh bread
will be ready to serve at 7:00 in the
morning. If you do not want to take
the bread out right away, the 1-hour
keep-warm time will start.
Note: When you are using the delay
function, do not use quickly perishable
ingredients such as eggs, fresh milk, fruit
or onions.
Keep Warm
• After baking, it is possible to keep
the bread warm for 60 minutes. If
you want to take the bread out, press
Start/Stop to turn off the program.
