• Press Start/Stop to start the machine.
• In the Standard, French Bread, Whole
Wheat Bread, Sweet Bread, Gluten Free
Bread and Sandwich Bread programs,
a long beep sounds during operation.
This is a warning sound for you to add
the ingredients.
• Open the lid and put your ingredients
in the bread bowl in the appropriate
dimensions according to the bread
recipe you want to make.
• Steam may come out of the vents on
the cover while baking. This is normal.
• When the process is complete, you will
hear 10 beeps.
• Press and hold Start/Stop for 3 to 5
seconds to stop the machine and take
out the bread.
• Use oven mittens to open the cover
and tightly grasp the handle of the
bread pan.
• Rotate the pan counterclockwise, lift it
and take it out of the machine.
• Use a non-stick spatula to detach the
edges of the bread from the pan.
Caution: The bread pan and the bread
may be too hot! Take extreme caution and
use oven mittens.
• Turn the bread pan upside down on a
clean surface and slightly shake it until
the bread comes off.
• Carefully remove the bread from the
pan and wait for about 20 minutes to
slice it.
• If you are out of the room and you
have not pressed Start/Stop at the
end of the process, the machine will
automatically keep the bread warm for
an hour and then end the keep-warm
cycle as well.
• If you are not using the machine or if
the baking process is complete, please
unplug it.
WARNING: Before slicing the bread,
remove the kneading blade under the
bread using the dough kneading pedal
removal hook. Never remove the kneading
pedal by hand because the bread is hot.
