Cleaning and maintenance
Removing the brushbar and checking for blockages in the floorhead
WARNING: If the brushbar in the floorhead is obstructed, the brushbar motor protection sensor may
activate. The brushbar will stop, the on/off power button will flash, and the machine will switch off.
To reset, first remove the tool from the flexi clean pole or handheld and clear any obstruction.
Wait 1 minute before refitting the tool. Switch the machine on. If the power button still flashes check
the filter or for blockages.
The On/Off button will flash
and the machine will switch
off if a blockage is detected.
Pull the brushbar from
the housing.
To refit, slide the brushbar
into the floorhead and onto
the spindle.
Line up the arrows and push
the brushbar cover flush to
the floorhead.
Wipe clean any remaining
dirt and debris on the
brushbar.
Press the button on the
floorhead and pull to remove
from the flexi clean pole.
Tilt the floorhead on its
back.
Turn the tab on the brushbar
cover anticlockwise to lock
into place.
Turn the tab on the
brushbar cover clockwise
to release the brushbar.
Wipe the brushbar housing
to remove dirt and debris.
Check the floorhead for any
blockages, dirt and debris.
