Cleaning and maintenance

Checking for blockages

WARNING: If there is a blockage or the brushbar in the floorhead or motorised pet tool is obstructed,

the brushbar motor protection sensor may activate. The brushbar will stop, the on/off power button

will flash, and the machine will switch off. To reset, first remove the tool from the flexi clean pole or

handheld and clear any obstruction. Wait 1 minute before refitting the tool. Switch the machine on. If

the power button still flashes check the filter or for blockages.

Removing a blockage in the flexi clean pole

To test for a blockage, drop a small ball of paper into the

flexi clean pole. The paper will drop through if the pole is

clear. Use a blunt object to remove any blockage.

The On/Off button will flash

and the machine will switch

off if a blockage is detected.

The machine will switch off.

Removing a blockage from the handheld

Slide the dirt release grip

down, press and hold

the dirt container release

button and pull the dirt

container to remove.

Hold the handheld over

a bin and press the dirt

release button to allow dirt

and debris to fall out.

Check and clear any

dirt and debris from the

handheld connection points.

Twist and turn the

separator to remove it

from the handheld.

Press the button on the

flexi clean pole and pull to

remove the handheld from

the pole.
