Dual grill and fan function
The oven thermostat and indicator lights switch on while the grill, fan, and upper heating
elements are operating.
The function is used to grill thicker food quickly and to cover a larger area. The upper heating
element and the grill are stimulated with the fan to ensure even cooking.
Use the upper levels of the oven. Brush the metal oven rack lightly with oil to prevent the food
from sticking and place the food in the centre of the oven rack. Always place a tray underneath
to catch any oil or grease drips. It is recommended to preheat the oven for about 10 minutes.
Warning: when grilling, the oven door must be closed and the oven temperature set to 190 °C.
