Oven accessories
• If you are using a small dish, place it in the middle of the oven rack.
• If the food to be cooked does not completely cover the oven tray, if the food is taken out
of the freezer or if the tray is used to catch the juices of the food during grilling, the tray
may deform due to the high cooking or grilling temperatures. The tray will regain its
shape when cooled after cooking. This is a normal physical deformation resulting from
the effect of heat.
•
Do not place glass pots/pans in a cold environment directly after cooking. Do not place
them on cold or wet surfaces. Ensure the dish or glassware cools gradually by placing it
on a trivet or tea towel. If not, it could break.
• If you are preparing grilled food in the oven, we advise you to use the oven rack provided
with the tray for this product (if your oven is equipped with one). If you want to use the
large oven rack, insert a tray in one of the lower positions to catch the oil. Also pour water
into this tray for easy cleaning and to avoid fumes.
•
As mentioned in the previous section, never use the grill burner without its protective
sheet. If your oven is equipped with a gas grill burner and you have lost the protective
sheet, do not use the grill and order a new protective sheet as soon as possible from your
nearest authorised service centre.

The oven rack is used to grill food and to support various cooking
utensils. To position the rack properly in the oven, place it on any rail
and push it to the back.
Medium thickness tray
The medium thickness tray is used to cook stews.
To position the tray properly in the oven, place it on any rail and
push it to the back.
