Grill function
The thermostat and warning indicator lights come on, and the grill heating element switches on.
This function is used for grilling and roasting food. Use the upper shelves of the oven. Brush the
metal oven rack lightly with oil to prevent the food from sticking and place the food in the centre of
the oven rack. Always place a tray underneath to catch any oil or grease drips. It is recommended
to preheat the oven for about 10 minutes.
Warning: when grilling food, the oven door must be closed and the oven temperature set to
190°C.
Fast grilling function
The thermostat and oven warning indicator lights come on, and the fan and the upper and
lower heating elements switch on.
This function is used to grill food fast and to cover a larger area (for example, to grill meat, use
the upper shelves of the oven). Brush the metal oven rack lightly with oil to prevent the food
from sticking and place the food in the centre of the oven rack. Always place a tray underneath
to catch any oil or grease drips. It is recommended to preheat the oven for about 10 minutes.

Pizza function
The thermostat and the oven warning lights come on, and the lower heating elements and
the fan switch on.
The fan and the lower heating function are suitable for cooking foods such as pizzas evenly.
While the fan disperses the heat from the oven, the lower heating element bakes the dough.
