Note: It is important to aim

for quality contractions, not

quantity, so a few good hard

squeezes are better than a series

of weak ones.

squeeze for as long as you feel

comfortable to do so. The more

exercise you do, the stronger

the muscles will become and

the longer you will be able to

squeeze.

they work and how to get the

greatestbenetfromthem.

8. Charging

The control hub acts as a

charging hub for the wireless

probe. The hub features a Type

C charging socket found on the

side of the control hub.

Controlhubbatterylevelis

displayed in the top left of the

LCD display.

Probebatterylevelisdisplayedin

the top right of the LCD display.

When remaining battery life is

below 20% please charge the

device.

When the probe is placed in its

socket and the hub is connected

to a power source, the hub also

charges the probe.

A charging cable is included in

the kit. To fully charge the battery

from 0% to 100% will take around

4 hours.

Do not use charging cable other

thanoneprovidedwiththekit.

TheLEDindicatorashesgreen

whenthedeviceischargingand

remains lit when fully charged.

Thedevicecannotbeused

during charging.

Battery warnings

This product is equipped with

a Lithium-ion battery. Failure to

follow these instructions could

cause the lithium-ion battery to

leak acid, become hot, explode,

or ignite and cause injury and /

or damage:

Do not pierce, open, disassemble,

or use in a humid and/or

corrosiveenvironment.

Do not expose to temperatures

over60°C(140F).

Donotput,store,orleavenear

sources of heat, in direct strong

sunlight, in a high temperature

location, in a pressurized

containerorinamicrowave

oven.

Do not immerse in water.

Do not short-circuit.

Do not transport and store the

battery together with sharp

metal objects that could pierce

the battery. i.e. necklaces,

hairpins, nail etc.

Do not strike at pack with any

sharp edge or throw the pack.

Toavoidtheriskofelectric

shock, this equipment must

only be connected to a mains

supplywithaprotectiveearth

connection.

Only use the battery charger

providedforrechargingbatteries.

Keep batteries out of the reach

ofchildrentopreventthemfrom

swallowing them by mistake.

If swallowed by child, contact

your healthcare professional

immediately.

If battery leakage occurs and

comes in contact with the skin or

eyes, wash thoroughly with lots

of water and immediately seek

medical attention.

Battery cautions

Do not use in a location where

there is a large amount of static

electricity, otherwise, the safety

devicesinthebatterypackmay

be compromised.

Disposal: Always dispose of

batteriesanddeviceresponsibly

accordingtolocalgovernment

guidelines. Do not throw batteries

ontoare.Riskofexplosion.

9. Cleaning &

storage

It is important that the probe

is cleaned before using for the

rsttimeandaftereachuse.

Clean with either an alcohol-

free antibacterial wipe such as

TensCare Wipes (see X-WIPES) or

by washing with a damp cloth

and warm soapy water.

Rinse in clean water and dry

thoroughly and return the probe

to the control hub.

Do not immerse the wireless

probe in a liquid.

Clean the control hub at least

once a week using the same

method.

Do not immerse your iTouch Go

unit in water.

Do not use any other cleaning

solution than soap and water.

10. Replacement

Expected Service Life

The machine will often last

for more than 5 years, but

is warrantied for 2 years.
