please check the suggestions below.

Analysis
Doesn’t work
If the protection device trips or the fuse is blown,
wait 3 minutes and restart, the protection device
may prevent the unit from operating.
If the batteries in the remote control are
exhausted.
If the plug is not inserted correctly.
Only works for a short time
If the set temperature is close to the room
temperature, it can be lowered.
If the air outlet is blocked by an obstacle, remove
the following obstacle.
It works but does not cool
If the door or window of the room is open.
If there is another appliance running hot, such as
a stove or lamp, etc.
If the air filter is dirty; clean it.
If the air outlet or intake is blocked.
If the set temperature is too high.
Water leakage during relocation
Drain condensation before moving.
To avoid water leakage, place the unit on level
ground.
It does not work and the full water indicator
'E4'
Pull out the rubber plug to drain the water.
If it is often found in this state, contact the
qualified technical service department.
