Fan
Cooling fan is working during all cooking modes.
The fan can be heard when operating and hot
air can be felt as it escapes from the oven vent.
The fan can also operate after the oven is
turned off.
Oven Vent
The oven vent is located under the control
panel.
Hot air may escape from the vent before, during
and after cooking. It is normal to see steam
coming from the vent and condensation may
accumulate in this area.
This area may be hot when the oven is in use.
Do not block the vent, as it is important for
air circulation.
NEVER cover any slots, holes or passages in the
oven bottom or cover an entire rack with materials
such as aluminum foil. Doing so blocks airflow
through the oven and may cause carbon monoxide
poisoning. Aluminum foil linings may also trap
heat, causing a fire hazard
CAUTION
The removable oven base protects the lower
heating element from spills and other potential
damages. The oven base should remain inside
while in use.
Remove the oven base for easy cleaning.
