INDUCTION CONTROLS (Touch models)
Feature Symbol Description
Timer display Displays the time remaining for the minute minder or cook-
to-o timer.
OVERVIEW OF THE MAIN
MULTI-FUNCTION OVEN
Select a cooking function with
the control knob to the left of
the timer screen. Select a cooking
temperature using the control knob
to the right of the timer screen.
MAIN OVEN FUNCTIONS
Fanned Oven - use any shelf
position; can bake on two or
more levels simultaneously.
Conventional Oven - place
the food in the middle shelf
position.
Pizza Setting - place the piz-
za in the middle shelf posi-
tion.
Air Fryer - place the air-fry
tray in the middle shelf posi-
tion, and place the grill pan
below to catch any drips or
food particles. Please note
cooking times will be a bit
longer compared to a work-
top air fryer because of the
larger cooking capacity.
Defrost/Dough proving -
leave the temperature con-
trol in the o position. Use
with the door closed for de-
frosting and dough proving.
Use with the door open for
cooling cooked food prior to
refrigerating.
Intensive Bake - fan-assisted
oven - place the food in the
middle shelf position - good
for baking quiche, bread,
cheesecakes, pies and piz-
zas.
Top Heat - place the food
in the middle shelf position
- used towards the end of
cooking to brown dishes like
shepherd's pie, lasagne, cau-
liflower cheese, etc.
Base Heat with Fan - place
the food in the middle shelf
position - used for baking
open pies and tarts, or bak-
ing pastry cases, etc.
