Pressure

hose

►

If

the

pressure

hose

is

damaged,

the

appliance

records

an

incorrect

differential

pressure

and

sets

an

incorrect

air

flow

rate.

Ensure

the

pressure

hose

is

not kinked.

Connect

the

pressure

hose

to

the fan

unit.

►

Follow

the

steps

described

above

for

the

second

fan

unit.

Cleaning

the

preheating

coil

The

appliance

is

disconnected

from

the

power

supply.

The

preheating

coil

has

cooled

down.

Otherwise,

there

is

a

risk

of

burning.

Dismantle

the

preheating

coil

as

described

in

chapter

Re¬

positioning

the

preheating

coil

If

heavy

soiling

is

visible,

you

can

remove

the

heating

element

together with

the

PCB

and

safety

assembly.

Safety

assembly

►

Undo

the

two

screws

on

the

front

of

the

preheating

coil.

►

Remove

the

preheating

coil

cover.

A

safety

assembly

is

secured

between

the

fins

of

the

preheating

coil

casing.

►

Lift

out

the

safety

assembly.

►

Pull

the

heating

element

out

of

the

preheating

coil

casing.

►

Clean

the

heating

element.

►

Clean

the

preheating

coil

casing.

►

Reassemble

the

preheating

coil

in

reverse

order.

Refitting

the

components

►

Slide

the

cross-countercurrent

heat

exchanger

into

the

ap¬

pliance.

►

Position

the

spacer

in

front

of

the

cross-countercurrent

heat

exchanger.

►

Fit

the

inner

front

panel.

►

Install

the

front

fascia.

►

Fit

the

filter

cover.

Checking

and

cleaning

the

air

ducts

Air

duct

inside

the

appliance

►

NOTICE:

Cleaning

fluids

can

reduce

the

resistance

to

humid¬

ity

of

the

EPS.

This

can

result

in

loss

of

hygiene.

Do

not

use

cleaning

fluids

or

solvents.

Clean

the

air

duct with

a

cloth

moistened

with

water.

Extract

and

supply

air

►

Disconnect

the

air

ducts

from

the

appliance

or

check

and

clean

them

through

the

extract

air

and

supply

air

vents.

Outdoor

and

exhaust

air

►

Disconnect

the

air

ducts

from

the

appliance

and

at

the

wall

outlet

or

check

and

clean

them

through

the

outside

wall

outlet.
