Cleaning

►

Pull

the

pressure

hose

out

of

the fan

unit.

The

fan

unit

is

fixed

to

the

appliance

with

wedges.

On

the

un

derside

of

the

wedges

is

a

tooth

system.

►

To

release

the

teeth

of a

wedge,

press

the

two

tabs

together

and

pull

the

wedge

below

the

fan

unit

forward.

►

Remove

the

wedge

from

the

appliance.

►

Pull

the

fan

unit

into

the

middle

of

the

appliance

and

tilt

the

fan

unit.

►

On

the

back

of

the fan

unit,

unplug

the

temperature

sensor

from

the

duct.

►

Separate

the

plug

(control

cable

and

mains

cable

to

the

fan)

from

the

remainder

of

the

permanently

fitted

wiring

har¬

ness.

The

fan

unit

has

now

been

fully

separated.

►

Remove

the

fan

unit

from

the

appliance.

►

Clean

the

fan

unit

with

a

soft

brush.

If

you

can

see

heavy

soiling

inside

the fan

unit,

unscrew

the

ex

ternal

screws on

the

back

of

the fan

unit.

►

Separate

the

two

halves

of

the fan

unit.

►

Clean

each

half

and

the

impeller

using

a cloth

moistened

with

water

or

a

soft

brush.

►

Screw

the

two

halves

of

the

fan

unit

together.

Pressure

hose

retainer

►

Push

the

pressure

hose

into

its

retainer.
