4.2.4 System status
The "System status" field shows you information such as error
messages.
4.2.5 Portal status
The portal status indicates whether the ISG is connected to the
STIEBELELTRON server (see
Enabling data access from the SER-
VICEWELT portal [}21]
).
4.2.6 Quick access convenience values
You can set convenience values for heating circuit1
only via the quick access menu.
You can adjust the full set of temperature settings
under the "Settings" menu item.
You can set the following convenience values directly via the
quick access menu:
– Internal room temperature (heating circuit1)
– DHW temperature
u Click on "Edit" at the required parameter.
u Set the desired value.
u Click on "Save".
ð The selection is made and displayed in the quick access
menu.
4.2.7 Charts
The graphs provide information about the system values of the
last 7days. You can select three different graphs for display:
– Outside temperature
– Supplied heating energy
– Supplied DHW energy
u Click on "Select" at the required diagram.
ð The desired graph is displayed in the graph panel.
5 Troubleshooting
u If you cannot remedy the fault, contact your qualified con-
tractor.
u To facilitate and speed up your enquiry, please provide the
qualified contractor with the number from the type plate.
u If you experience problems with the IT network structure on
site, contact a qualified IT contractor.
6 Installation (qualified contractors)
6.1 Installation site
The ISG is designed for wall mounting and is installed between
your router and your heat pump/integral ventilation unit.
The installation site must fulfil the following requirements:
– Dry
– Free from the risk of frost
u Observe the appliance application limits (

[}24]
).
6.2 Installing the appliance
u Install the wall mounting bracket on a suitable wall.

u Fit the appliance on the left-hand side of the wall mountain
bracket and then slide it to the right until it physically clicks
into the bracket.

6.3 Detaching the appliance from the wall
mounting bracket
u Press the tab underneath the appliance and slide the appli-
ance to the left.
u Remove the appliance from the wall mounting bracket.
6.4 Electrical connection
Observe the operating and installation instructions of your heat
pump/ integral ventilation unit.
With heat pumps, observe the instructions for the WPM heat
pump manager.
6.4.1 With SG Ready: connecting the control cable
Only required when using SG Ready (see
SG Ready functions
[}17]
).
WARNING
Electrocution
Applying voltage to the contacts of the control cable
can result in a potentially fatal electric shock.
u Do not apply voltage to the control cable contacts.
u Connect the control cable to the ISG via the "SGREADY"
socket.
