ð Once data access from the SERVICEWELT portal is enabled,
in the event of a change, your system data is transmitted at
least every 15minutes to the SERVICEWELT portal and saved
on the STIEBELELTRON server.

tions and service packages, visit www.stiebel-el-
tron.de.
3.7 Standard delivery
The following are delivered with the appliance:
– 1xpower supply unit
– 1xwall mounting bracket
– 1xCAN BUS cable (3.0m long)
– 1xnetwork/patch cable (length 3.0m)
– 1xcontrol cable (black, length 3.0m) with connector (for
SGReady)
3.8 System requirements
Computer
– Network connection (standard Ethernet 10/100 Base-T)
– Broadband internet access
– Up to date internet browser
Router
– DHCP active
– Free Ethernet interface
u Deactivate the energy saving function of the Ethernet port
on your router allocated to the ISG (if this function is activ-
ated).
Relay (SG ready)
– 1 to 2 floating relay outputs (N/O contacts)
1 relay output ≘ 2 SGReady states
2 relay outputs ≘ 4 SGReady states
4 Operation
4.1 Accessing SERVICEWELT
Calling up the SERVICEWELT in your web browser
u Enter "http://servicewelt", "http://servicewelt.local" or the IP
address assigned during commissioning in your web
browser address bar.
Alternatively, you can use the IP address "192.168.0.126" if
the ISGConnect is connected directly to the computer.
ð The SERVICEWELT opens. Your data will be loaded.
If the access lock is enabled (see
Access lock
[}21]
), a login screen will appear first.
Calling up the SERVICEWELT via Windows Explorer
You will find the ISGConnect in the "Network" area in Windows
Explorer.
u Double click on "Internet Service Gateway" to access the
SERVICEWELT.
ð The SERVICEWELT opens in the web browser. Your data will
be loaded.
With other operating systems, you will need to ac-
cess Servicewelt via the web browser.
4.2 SERVICEWELT start page
On the SERVICEWELT start page you will see an overview of your
system and can make changes to the most important settings
directly.

4.2.1 Symbols

Click here to change a set system value (e.g.temper-

Click here to select a view (e.g.to switch between
graphs on the start page).

Move the mouse pointer over the icon to display in-
formation about a menu item.

4.2.2 Changing the operating mode
u Under "Operating mode", click on "Edit".
u Select the required operating mode.
u Click on "Save".
ð The set operating mode is displayed.
4.2.3 "Energy management" information field
The "Energy management" information field shows you the cur-
rent operating status of the SG Ready function or other software
extensions of the ISG Connect for energy management.
