• The countdown settings are independent of temperature settings. Consider the time
needed to reach the set temperature when configuring the countdown.
To set the countdown timer, follow these steps:
For example: set the countdown time from 0 to 1 hour 10 minutes.
Operation
Display
When the countdown reaches 0, the display
shows "OFF" along with the current
temperature, and the countdown is
deactivated. If the countdown is active (not at
0), the display shows the remaining
countdown time along with the current
temperature.
The first two digits flash, indicating that you
can set the countdown hours.

The last two digits flash, indicating that you
can set the countdown minutes.
Adjust the minutes as needed.

Press the designated key to save the
countdown setting. If you do not save, the
setting will be invalid. The countdown timer
will begin as soon as the setting is saved. If
there is no operation for 10 seconds, the
setting mode will exit automatically.
Setting the Dry-Start Protection Alarm
The dry-start protection alarm is automatically enabled when the device is powered on. If the system detects
that the inner pot is dry, it will stop heating and sound an alarm.
Calibration
Calibration Conditions
To ensure accurate calibration results, the following conditions are recommended:
1. The thermometer used should be at least 10 times more accurate than the water bath display.
2. Perform calibration in a stable ambient temperature (+/-1°C) with minimal air movement.
3. Allow the liquid to reach the set calibration temperature and stabilize for 30 minutes before beginning
calibration.
4. Fill the water bath with water to 50 mm above the tray and place the thermometer in the center of
the bath, 40 mm above the tray.
