Dual Point Calibration
Due to variations in ambient temperature, humidity, and bath design, there may be slight deviations in
temperature measurement. To enhance accuracy, each unit is calibrated before shipment, using two
calibration points—low and high temperature:
•
Low Temperature Point (LCP): 5–50°C
• High Temperature Point (HCP): Above 55°C
It is recommended to use 40°C for the low temperature calibration point and 80°C for the high temperature
calibration point.
Low Temperature Point Calibration Example:
Before calibration: The display shows 40.0°C, while the actual liquid temperature is 42.0°C.
After calibration: The display adjusts to 41.8°C, matching the actual liquid temperature of 42.0°C.

Select the menu option
Select the low temperature point
calibration setting menu option
Press SET to enter the calibration value
Enter the reference thermometer value
Press to store the calibration value, or the
setting is invalid. The setting will exit
automatically after 10S without operation
High Temperature Point Calibration Example:
Before calibration: The display shows 95.0°C, while the actual liquid temperature is 98.0°C.
After calibration: The display adjusts to 97.7°C, aligning closely with the actual liquid temperature of 98.0°C.

Press set to enter the calibration value
Enter the reference thermometer value
Press to store the calibration value, or the
setting is invalid. The setting will exit
automatically after 10S without operation
After completing both high and low temperature point calibrations, restart the device. Allow the bath
temperature to stabilize, then verify the calibration accuracy.
