• Operate the product only when it is securely placed on the base. Hand-held
operation is not allowed.
• Do not use the product in flammable or explosive environments.
• Ensure proper grounding of the input power supply socket. Do not connect
the grounding to telephone lines, metal pipes, or lightning arresters.
• Do not start the machine if the blade is outside the agitating medium.
• For safety, wear a protective cap to prevent your hair from getting caught in
the stirring rod chuck during close inspections.
Use and maintenance for SBS-MR_100, SBS-MR_110, SBS-MR_120
1. The machine uses a single-phase, three-wire system, so the power socket
should be a triple outlet.
2. A test run is necessary before use, and the stirring rod should NOT be installed
during testing. If you want to test high-speed stirring, the stirring rod used must
meet strict requirements for straightness and rigidity.
3. After completing an operation, turn off the power switch, unplug the machine,
and clean the shear emulsification working head promptly to prepare for the next
use.
4. After using the product for some time or after a prolonged stop, a maintenance
inspection is required before reuse. To ensure electrical safety, use a Megger to
measure insulation resistance.
5. The mixer brush is a wear-and-tear part, so regular inspections are necessary.
During inspections, turn off the power, unplug the machine, and unscrew the
brush cap to remove the brush. If the brush is less than 6 mm in length, replace it
with a new brush of the same specification. Ensure the new brush can move freely
in the tube to avoid motor failure or electric sparks caused by a stuck brush.
6. If a motor failure occurs, check if the power is on, the plug is secure, and the
brush is in good contact. If these faults are resolved and the motor still fails,
contact us for further assistance.

indicators will signal that the machine is ready for use.
