Product overview
Our lab mixer uses a compact micro-motor drive, suitable for laboratories handling
low to high viscosity liquid mixtures. The set includes a motor, controller, stand,
and other components. The mixer console is made from high-quality engineering
plastic and die-cast aluminum, ensuring stable operation.
A variable force amplifier at the power output end multiplies the torque. The
stirring speed is controlled by a microprocessor, which compensates for sudden
changes due to overload or voltage fluctuations. The constant rate and built-in
soft-start feature ensure operational safety.

The digital speed display on the motor head is especially useful for collecting
experimental data, while the timer function ensures precise control of operating
time during experiments.
Installation
1. Place the base on the platform and connect the two supporting stands by
screwing them together. Then, fix the assembly into the mounting hole on the
base. Attach the supporting and fixing frame to the upper end of the supporting
stand and use the handle to secure it.
2. Connect the short beam to the dispersing host electric motor using the
mounting bolt hole at the back of the motor. Then, insert the beam into the
supporting and fixing frame. Turn the handle to fasten the motor securely onto the
supporting stand. The host motor can be freely adjusted on the supporting and
fixing frame.
3. Open the rotary chuck and fix the stirring rod using the provided special tools.
4. (only for SBS-MR_120) Connect the power cord from the motor to the speed
control box, then plug the speed control box into the power supply.
5. Since the mixer is suitable for various experimental purposes, we provide a
blade-type mixing rod as standard. Additional types of stirring rods are available
for selection based on your needs.
To ensure safety, firmly secure all connection points and inspect them regularly.
