4. Speed setting: Rotate the speed control knob to enter the preset speed setting
mode. You can either pre-set the desired stirring speed for the experiment or
dynamically adjust the speed during operation.
5. Start control: Press the speed control knob to start the machine.
6. Time control: Press the speed control knob for 3 seconds, and the digital display
will show "SET." Rotate the speed control knob to set the desired experiment time.
Press the speed control knob again to exit the timer setting, and the machine will
be ready to set the speed value. After setting the required speed, press the speed
control knob to start the machine. The display will show the running speed and
timing control. When the machine is suspended, you will need to reset the
operation control to resume.
7. Operating state control: If the power is interrupted or the power switch is
turned off accidentally, the machine will revert to the preset initial state when
restarted, ensuring safety.
8. Operational failure: If an instruction cannot be executed, the digital display will
show "Err1," indicating that the unit is in alarm status.
9. After completing an operation, turn off the power switch, unplug the machine,
and clean the shear emulsification working head in a timely manner.
10. After extended use or a prolonged stop, maintenance inspection is required
before resuming operation. For electrical safety, use a Megger to measure
insulation resistance.
11. The mixer brush is a consumable part, so regular inspections are needed. Turn
off the electricity, unplug the machine, and unscrew the brush cap to remove the
brush. If the brush is less than 6 mm in length, replace it with a new brush of the
same specification. Ensure that the new brush can move freely within the tube to
avoid motor failure or electric sparks caused by a stuck brush.
12. If a motor failure occurs, check if the power is on, if the plug is secure, or if the
brush is in good contact. If these faults are corrected and the motor still fails,
contact us for assistance.
Application of reference for stirring rod in mixing experiment operation
5-1. Three-blade propeller type: Suitable for medium or high-speed use. The
standard stirring rod causes the mixed media to move up and down with less shear
stress.
5-2. Four-blade propeller type: Suitable for medium or high-speed use. It moves
the mixed media up and down, creating local shear stress.
5-3. Dissolver type: Suitable for medium or high-speed use. It creates radial flow in
both the upper and lower strata of the mixed media. The strong turbulence and
high shear stress help to break up particles in the liquid.
5-4. Centrifugal type: Suitable for medium or high-speed use. The two blades
expand with increasing speed, making it ideal for narrow-mouth containers. The
mixing effect is similar to the four-blade type.
