This option is not used on this model.
Card Reader Communication Test d 47
This test displays if an attached card reader has established com-
munications with the control. To start test, control must be in the
Testing Mode. Refer to How to Enter Testing Feature at the be-
ginning of this section.
To enter, press the START (enter) keypad. The display will show
noCnFg if communication between the card reader and control
has not been established. If communication has been established
the display will show CoNHHH where HHH is a counter of valid
communications. If the display shows noinit, then no payment
system is expected and the machine is not set up for a card reader.
To exit the Card Reader Communication Test, press the WARM
(<) keypad. The control will return to the Testing Mode.
