Mounting the Control Unit in a 19-inch
Rack
The control unit can be mounted in a 19-inch EIA standard
rack.

Attaching L-shape metal brackets and handles
The L-shape rack-mount metal brackets and handles must be
attached to the control unit beforehand in order to mount the
unit in a 19-inch rack.

Attach a handle to an L-shape rack-mount metal
bracket using two screws provided for attaching the
handle.

Attach the combined L-shape rack-mount metal
bracket and handle to the front screw holes on the
side of the control unit using four L-shape bracket
mounting screws.

Repeat steps 1 and 2 to attach L-shape rack-mount
metal brackets and handles on both the left and right
sides of the control unit.

Pull out the inner rail while pressing the rail stopper.

Secure the rack to the floor.
If the rack falls due to the weight of the equipment, it may
result in death or serious injury.
Secure the rack to the floor without fail to prevent it from
falling or moving.
Do not mount the unit at a floor height of
more than 1 m.
Fall of the rack may result in death or serious injury.
Mount the control unit in the rack that is secured to the floor
at a floor height within about 1 m.
Preparations
Be sure to use specified rack-mount rails.
If unspecified rack-mount rails are used, the equipment in
the rack may fall due to insufficient strength, which may
result in injury.
