Assigning an arbitrary IP address and setting
the connected Player PCs
When DIP switch 1 is set to the ON position, the unit switches
to setup mode and enables the following setup.
• Assign different IP addresses than the 16 available IP
addresses, set using DIP switches 5 to 8, to the control
units.
• Set the IP address of the Player PCs connected to the
control units.
If not configured correctly, the status of the control units and
speakers cannot be checked.

Connect the PC UI connector of the control unit to a
PC using a cross-cable.

Set the IP address of the PC to 192.168.0.100 and the
subnet mask to 255.255.255.0.

Set DIP switch 1 on the control unit to ON, and all
other DIP switches to OFF.

Turn the control unit on.
Check that the lamps on the front panel flash alternately.

Access address 192.168.0.120 using a web browser
on the PC.
To display the web setting screen in setup mode, always specify
192.168.0.120.

Select “Network Setting” on the screen.

Configure settings, then press [OK].
IP: Use to set the IP address of the control unit.
Player IP: Set the IP address of the connected Player PC.
Defaults to 192.168.0.100 if not configured.
In a multi player system, set the IP address of the
Sub Player PCs connected via MADI to each control
unit (see following diagram).
Player Port: Set the port number for control unit
management of the connected Player PC. Defaults
to 55225 if not configured. This does not need to be
changed for normal operation.
OK: Save the settings. When settings are saved, the IP
address set by the DIP switches becomes disabled.
Cancel: Cancel and revert to the currently saved settings.
Factory Reset: Discard the saved settings and restore
the factory default settings. The IP address of the
control unit is then set by the DIP switches. The IP
address of the connected Player PC is set to
192.168.0.100, and the port number for
management is set to 55225.

Turn the control unit off, and set DIP switch 1 to OFF.
Set DIP switches 3 and 4 turned OFF in step 3 back to
the ON position.
