Using screenshots

When using the Browser or Screen Share apps, you can write or draw on a screenshot and save it to the

Files Library.

Installing third-party apps

You can install third-party apps from the Google Play Store using SMARTRemote Management.

Cleaning up the display

After you’ve finished using the display, tap Clean Up on the Home screen to clean up the display for

the next user.

l For education models:

Saves the whiteboard to the Files Library

Saves the SMARTNotebook file to the Files Library

Erases the whiteboard

l For enterprise models, saves the kapp Whiteboard to the Files Library (if saving to the Library is

enabled in Settings)

l Resets Browser (clears the browser history, cache, cookies and closes all open tabs, and opens a new

tab)

l Removes all tiles under Recent

l Closes all applications, including third-party apps.
