1. Now push the threaded pin (11a) through the hole
in the drum beam (15).
2. Then insert the upper left frame strut (11) and se-
cure it with a spring washer (11b) and a hexagonal
nut (11c).
3. Tighten the nut with a 14 mm spanner.
9.7 Fitting the right upper frame strut (3) (Fig. 8)
Required material:
• 1x Allen screw M8 x 50 (3a)
• 3x spring washer Ø 8 (3b)
• 3x hexagonal nuts M8 (3c)
• 5 mm Allen key
• 14 mm spanner
1. Attach the right upper strut (3) to the drum beam
(15) as shown.
2. Insert the Allen screw (3a) for the angle adjust-
ment. The angle adjustment is described in chap-
ter 10.1.
3. Use the Allen screw (3a), spring washers (3b) and
hexagonal nuts (3c) to secure the connection.
4. Tighten the hexagonal nuts (3c) hand-tight.
9.8 Connecting the frame and screen drum
(Fig. 9 & 10)
Required material:
• 2x Allen screws M6 x 35 (8a)
• 4 mm Allen key
1. Place the screen drum on the connecting rods of
the lower frame.
2. Attach the support brace (8) to the upper frame
with the Allen screws (8a).
3. Tighten it with a 4 mm Allen key.
9.9 Fitting the handle (Fig. 11)
Required material:
• 2x Allen screws M6 x 10 (9a)
• 4 mm Allen key
1. Secure the handles (9) to the upper frame with the
Allen screws (9a) and a 4 mm Allen key.
9.10 Fitting the protective mat (Fig. 12)
Required material:
• 2 x locking pin (2a)
1. Position the protective mat (2) at the attachment
points provided.
• 2x at washers Ø 8 x Ø 14 (7c)
• 5 mm Allen key
1. Attach the left and right lower frame arm (5) to the
upper frame strut (7) as shown.
2. Fix the frame strut (7) on each side with one Allen
screw (7a) each.
3. Place a spring washer (7b) and a at washer (7c)
under the screw head.
4. Tighten the screws with a 5 mm Allen key.
9.4 Fitting the lower frame strut (6) (Fig. 5)
Required material:
• 2x Allen screws M6 x 40 (6a)
• 2x at washers Ø 6 x Ø 16 (6b)
• 2x spacers (6c)
• 2x at washers Ø 6 x Ø 12 (6d)
• 2x self-locking hexagonal nuts M6 (6e)
• 4 mm Allen key
• 10 mm spanner
1. Attach the lower frame strut (6) to the frame.
2. Insert the M6 x 40 Allen screws (6a) through the
designated holes.
3. Insert the washers (6b, 6d) and the spacers (6c)
as shown.
4. Screw on the nuts (6e) and tighten them with a 10
mm spanner and a 4 mm Allen key.
9.5 Fitting the left upper frame strut (11) (Fig. 6)
Required material:
• 1x threaded pin M8 (11a)
• 1x spring washer Ø 8 (11b)
• 1x hexagonal nut M8 (11c)
• 14 mm spanner
1. Fix the threaded pin (11a) in the lower hole (see
Figure 6) of the drum support plate.
2. Secure the strut with a spring washer (11b) and a
hexagonal nut (11c).
3. Tighten the M8 hexagonal nut (11c) with a 14 mm
spanner.
9.6 Mount the left upper frame strut (11) on the
screen drum (Fig. 7)
Required material:
• 1x threaded pin M8 (11a)
• 1x spring washer Ø 8 (11b)
• 1x hexagonal nut M8 (11c)
• 14 mm spanner
