9.1 Mount the lower frame arms, side plates and
connecting struts (Fig. 2)
Required material:
• 8x Allen screws M6 x 35 (4a)
• 8x at washers Ø 6 x Ø 16 (4b)
• 8x at washers Ø 6 x Ø 12 (4c)
• 8x self-locking hexagonal nuts M6 (4d)
• 4 mm Allen key
• 10 mm spanner
1. Take one of the two side plates (4) and align it with
the lower frame arm (5).
2. Insert three Allen screws (4a) each into the top and
bottom holes provided. Leave out the upper hole
for the fourth Allen screw.
3. Insert the connecting rod (12) into the frame arm
(5) and secure it with the fourth Allen screw (4a).
4. Place a at washer (4b) under each screw head
and another at washer (4c) on the opposite side.
5. Screw on the self-locking hexagonal nuts (4d) and
tighten them with the 10 mm spanner and a 4 mm
Allen key.
6. Repeat the steps for the other side plate (4).
9.2 Fitting the wheels (Fig. 3)
Required material:
• 2x Allen screw M8 x 70 (13a)
• 4x at washers Ø 8 x Ø 16 (13b)
• 2x axle sleeves Ø 8 x Ø 12 x 35 (13c)
• 2x hexagonal nuts M8 (13d)
• 2x self-locking hexagonal nuts M8 (13e)
• 5 mm Allen key
• 14 mm spanner
• 13 mm spanner
1. Position the wheels (13) on the lower frame arms
(5).
2. Insert the axle sleeves (13c) into the wheels (13).
3. Place a at washer (13b) on each side.
4. Insert the Allen screws (13a) through the holes in
the frame arms (5) and wheels (13).
5. Lightly screw on the hexagonal nuts (13d) and
self-locking nuts (13e) rst.
6. Make sure that the wheels (13) turn easily, and
then tighten all the nuts with a 13 mm spanner and
a 5 mm Allen key.
9.3 Fitting the upper frame strut (7) (Fig. 4)
Required material:
• 2x Allen screw M8 x 50 (7a)
• 2x spring washer Ø 8 (7b)

8. Unpacking
• Open the packaging and carefully remove the product.
• Remove the packaging material, as well as the pack-
aging and transport safety devices (if present).
• Check whether the scope of delivery is complete.
• Check the product and accessory parts for transport
damage. In the event of complaints the carrier must
be informed immediately. Later claims will not be
recognised.
• If possible, keep the packaging until the expiry of the
warranty period.
• Familiarise yourself with the product by means of the
operating manual before using for the rst time.
• With accessories as well as wearing parts and re-
placement parts use only original parts. Spare parts
can be obtained from your specialist dealer.
• When ordering please provide our article number as
well as type and year of manufacture for the product.

choking or suocating!
