13.4 Changing the oil (Fig. L)
1. First, open the oil ller plug (C) and then the oil
drain screw (D).
2. Allow all of the oil to drain into a container.
3. Screw the oil drain screw (D) back in and ll with
0.25l of hydraulic oil via the oil ller plug (3).
4. Now screw the oil ller plug (3) back in again.

or that the following parts are required as consuma-
bles.
Wearing parts*: Seals, rollers, hydraulic oil

14. Disposal and recycling
Notes for packaging
The packaging materials are recy-
clable. Please dispose of packag-
ing in an environmentally friendly
manner.
Wipe dust o the product from time to time with a cloth.
Clean the product at regular intervals using a damp
cloth and a little soft soap. Do not use any cleaning
products or solvents; they could attack the plastic parts
of the product. Make sure that no water can penetrate
the interior of the product.
11. Transport
In order to transport the pallet truck, secure it against
rolling away. Remove course dirt from the product.
12. Storage
Bring the pallet truck forks down in order to relieve the
stored energy. This leads to a longer service life of the
seals and valves.
Store the product and its accessories in a dark, dry and
frost-free place that is inaccessible to children.
The optimum storage temperature lies between 5 and 30 ˚C.
Store the product in its original packaging. Cover the
product to protect it from dust or moisture. Store the
operating instructions with the product.
13. Maintenance

Before working on the hydraulic system, set down
the product and depressurise the system!
13.1 Ventilation of the hydraulic unit
Air may build up in the hydraulic system due to opera-
tion or pumps. This can lead to the fork not lifting when
pumping. To rectify this problem, keep the operating
lever (1) in the “down” position and move the drawbar
up and down several times.
13.2 Lubrication
Lubricate all bearings and axles with the appropriate
lubricant.
13.3 Cleaning the overpressure valve
To clean the overpressure valve, move the drawbar
up quickly and down until it has reached the maxi-
mum height. Next, pull the operating lever (1) up to the
“down” position.
