15. Troubleshooting
The following table shows fault symptoms and describes remedial measures in the event of your machine failing to
work properly. If you cannot localise and rectify the problem with this, please contact your service workshop.
Fault Possible cause Remedy
Fork does not lift
Not enough oil Check for leaks and top up oil
Steel ball does not sit in the
hydraulic unit

Fork lowers by itself

Overpressure valve incorrectly
adjusted
Adjust the overpressure valve with the pressure
adjustment screw until it no longer lowers by itself.
Valve leaking Tighten valves
Fork does not lower
Guide pin broken Replace the broken parts.
Fork frame broken Replace the broken parts.
Operating lever does
not remain in “neutral”
position
Lever (A) incorrectly adjusted Adjust lever (A) using a slotted screwdriver
