• Ensure that the carrier material at the installation
site can bear the weight of the hose reel. If in doubt,
contact a specialist.
9.2 Mounting the roll-o hose
WARNING! Incorrect installation of the product can
lead to injuries and damage.
Make sure that there are no hidden cables or pipes at
the installation site. Use a detector, for example, to lo-
cate cables and pipes or seek professional help.
Observe the safety instructions for your drill.
You will need the following tools for installation: a drill,
a suitable drill bit and a screwdriver (not included). Also
observe the safety instructions for the drill used.
1. Disconnect the mounting bracket (7) from the air
hose reel.
2. Now use the swivelling mounting bracket (7) as a
template and mark the position of the holes on the
backing material with a pencil.
3. Drill the holes required for mounting into the car-
rier material.
4. Mount the mounting bracket (7) to the wall using
the screws (A) supplied (see Fig. 2).
5. Reattach the air hose reel to the mounting bracket
(7) using the rotation axle (8).
10. Operation
WARNING! Danger of injury!
There is a risk of injury if the air hose reel is handled
incorrectly.
10.1 Connect the air hose reel to the compressed
air source
• Always disconnect the air hose reel from the com-
pressed air supply before making adjustments,
connecting or disconnecting tools and carrying out
maintenance work.
• If you disconnect an air tool from the compressed air
supply at full pressure, there is a risk of injury from
the whipping recoil of the compressed air hose.
• If it is necessary to remove a tool from the coupling
at full pressure, be sure to hold the compressed air
hose and the connection hose rmly.
• Reduce the pressure of your compressor using the
pressure reducer before connecting or disconnect-
ing the roll-o hose from the compressor.

8. Unpacking
• Open the packaging and carefully remove the product.
• Remove the packaging material, as well as the pack-
aging and transport safety devices (if present).
• Check whether the scope of delivery is complete.
• Check the product and accessory parts for transport
damage. In the event of complaints the carrier must
be informed immediately. Later claims will not be
recognised.
• If possible, keep the packaging until the expiry of the
warranty period.
• Familiarise yourself with the product by means of the
operating manual before using for the rst time.
• With accessories as well as wearing parts and re-
placement parts use only original parts. Spare parts
can be obtained from your specialist dealer.
• When ordering please provide our article number as
well as type and year of manufacture for the product.

The product and the packaging material are not
children's toys! Do not let children play with plas-
tic bags, lms or small parts! There is a danger of
choking or suocating!
9. Assembly
9.1 Installation location
• Select the location for installing the air hose reel
near a compressor.
• For a large working radius, place the product in the
centre of your work area. In this area, the hose can
be extended to the most comfortable point.
• Select the location for installing the air hose reel
such that it does not present an obstacle.
• For ceiling installation, a mounting height of at least
2.5 metres should be ensured.
• The swivelling mounting bracket (7) can be attached
to a concrete wall. There are many alternative posi-
tions in which the product can be placed. The crucial
point is a comfortable position for the user.
• The most suitable position is to mount it on a wall or
a post in a horizontal direction, about 1 metre above
the ground.
